Returns and Exchange

  1. Returns and Refunds
    If a product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Only unopened and unused products are eligible for return under our returns policy. Refunds will be processed after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

  2. Exchange Policy
    You may request an exchange for eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Exchanges depend on product availability at the time of the request.
    Customers are responsible for both the return shipping cost and the new delivery cost unless the exchange is due to a product defect or shipping error by Concept Nutrition.

  3. Free Shipping Return Adjustment Policy
    Orders above 1,000 EGP qualify for free shipping. However, if an item from a free shipping order is returned and the remaining order total falls below 1,000 EGP, the original shipping cost and return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. These shipping costs will be calculated based on the customer’s location and standard delivery rates.
    This ensures fair billing for orders that no longer meet the free shipping threshold after a return is processed.
