How does the diet work ?

The diet « Prêt á maigrir » helps you lose weight without losing muscle mass and without going hungry. Obviously you have to reduce your calorie intake to force your body to tap into its reserves, but in a controlled manner.

Our programme consists of dividing your meals into 5 or 6 “mini-meals” per day to avoid feeling hungry.

After 20 days, your body will become accustomed to the diet, and all of a sudden your metabolism slows down and your weight loss is slowed down.

This is why we regularly change the contents of the menu to confuse the body, every 4 to 6 weeks, we arrange a “sugar rush”.

After these rushes, you will be able to eat everything you want to during 2 days, and with this method, you kick-start your metabolism, and hence the weight loss. AND you enjoy your food!

In our menus, we maintain all the necessary foods for your body’s efficient function. We include protein, carbohydrates and fats.

Our TWO stage programme.

First stage : Weight loss phase.

Personalised programme aimed at establishing a diet suited to your metabolism, since we are looking to re-balance your eating programme. The duration of this phase is variable depending on your morphology. The weight loss is progressive and safe.

Second Stage: Stabilisation phase.

This stage is very important in order to maintain the results obtained in the previous stage. After your weight loss, we help you to maintain your new good eating habits and, following our advice, we help you stabilise your ideal weight.
